HintsAllDay offers live and scheduled micro-guides on various topics to provide concise, on-demand expertise.

2.2 Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients may reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours prior may not be accommodated.

2.3 Refund Policy for Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session are eligible for a refund. After this window, no refund is provided due to resource allocation. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Digital Information Products

3.1 Overview

Our digital guides and materials are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Purchases may be refunded if requested within 14 days of download or access. To request a refund, submit a form via the contact form. Beyond 14 days, no refund is available given the immediate delivery of content. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Physical Goods

Printed guides and branded merchandise are available for shipment.

4.2 Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Items in unused condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original payment method.
